Attorney John Miller (Jack) has been practicing with the firm since he was admitted to the Wisconsin Bar in 1972. He practices in the areas of business law, collections, elder law, estate planning, land use and zoning, municipal law, probate and trust administration and real estate. He also litigates cases in each of these practice areas.

Jack is a Portage, Wisconsin native. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, magna cum laude, from Ripon College in 1970 and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1972. In addition to his other professional obligations Atty. Miller also serves, by judicial appointment, as a Court Commissioner and serves as a Committee Chair for the Wisconsin State Bar.

Jack understands the importance of professionals being active members of their community and serves on the Board of Directors for Divine Saviour Healthcare, on the Board of Best Friends (the community's volunteer mentoring organization for youth), and on the Economic Restructuring Committee for the local Main Street Program.
